At that juncture,&nbsp;<em>Pala<\/em>&nbsp;was perceived as the golden fruit, resulting the price of a kilo of&nbsp;<em>Pala<\/em>&nbsp;cost more than a kilo of gold. This indicates the great value of&nbsp;<em>Pala<\/em>&nbsp;for the western people (Europeans) as their life\u2019s complementary supply.<\/p>\n<p>The prominence of&nbsp;<em>Pala<\/em>&nbsp;started its global spread in 1500-1600.
