PALA Office Bandung open every day from 10.00 to 15.00. Red dates and public holidays office is closed. Meanwhile for Anvaya Store is open daily from 10.00 to 22.00.

Order payments before 11am will be processed on the same day, for payments after 11am will be processed H+1 on weekdays. No deliveries on Saturday-Sunday, red dates and public holidays.
